Wellness is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential and health. It encourages a balanced lifestyle that includes emphasis on elements of emotional, intellectual, physical, social, occupational, environmental, financial, and spiritual wellness. Launched in 2006, the Faculty Wellness Program supports the overall professional and personal health of all our faculty. This is a confidential service that is provided as a benefit to all UAMS Faculty at no cost.
The service is directed by Tracy Haselow, M.D., an Associate Professor of Psychiatry. She has a great interest in the overall well-being of health care providers.
To make an appointment with Dr. Haselow, please call (501) 686-8408 or email facultyisp@uams.edu
