General Information and Tips
The referee form for all required Letters of Recommendation must be filled out by each letter writer and uploaded to the Promotion and Tenure database. In order for the letter to count towards the required three (3), the answers to questions 1-3 must be “No”. If the letter writer answers “Yes” to questions 4-5, they must provide more information so that the committee can determine if the LOR will count towards the required three.
External LORs must be on the letter writer’s letterhead with either an electronic scanned signature or a regular “wet” signature.
